I found Astrid’s workshop on The Art of Leadership to be a transformative and fully immersive experience. Not only did the information and her teaching style allow me to understand my own strengths and how best to use them, her course addressed so many issues that come up every single day in the workplace and in life, and I have found myself using the techniques I learned on a daily basis in a wide variety of situations. Astrid is such a positive, caring and straightforward person, I cannot think of anyone better suited to empower people to be their best selves in all aspects of their business, artistry, and day to day activities. Everything was laid out so clearly, and the activities were so memorable that I didn’t even really need to take notes – I just absorbed all of the information and have put it to such good use every day since we finished.
